Farmers Vs Authority

#StLuciaEstuary
iSimangaliso Wetlands Park
18 December 2015

Stand Off Between Farmers and Authority

iSimangaliso Wetlands Park Authority is adamant to feed more mud infused water into the Estuary system. UCOSP has the farmers intrest at hart.

As soon as the River reaches a certain level Farms dating back to 1938 is flooded and their rights to land ownership and livelyhood is being threatened.

Up until know the public has not taken much interest into the matter because they have been brain washed by the mass media that a Farmer a a fat kaki clad white man with his/her roots and riches well founded in the Apartheid era, but... Yes their is a but. One of the farms is owned by a well know and prominent black person.

It is like sacking David Van Rooyen because he had the wrong name. Ironically racism is biting The Black Man in the arse once more.

Any way Cot Cane is flooded and UCOSP has won a Court Order to safe the farm.

Since iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority has abandoned The 1958 management plan and against better judgment feeding toxic mud infused water into St Lucia Estuary is like feeding a Coke Addict a Goog Large Dose of Heroin through an IV.

For some reason the park Authority has thrown $9 000 000.00 and €7 000 000.00 at the problem over the past 15 years with no solution yet. They have reached some sort of emergency plan in 2012, but 3 years later have not implemented it yet.

I don't think the current custodians of The World Heritage Site realize the magnitude of their responsibility. For some reason they are winging the management with one excuse after the next excuse followed by the next excuse.
We need UNISCO to send competent people who understand the complexity of the situation to intervene. We are far beyond blame shifting and name calling.

This is now a matter of International Importance.

Recent Rains excellent for drought

#StLuciaEstuary
iSimangaliso Wetlands Park
18 December 2015

Drought stricken Zululand had some excellent rain recently. The iMfolozi River is flowing bank to bank. This is bitter sweet.

The toxic mud infused water is flowing into St Lucia Estuary closed system. The system also needs fresh ocean water.

It brings temporary relief to the mud pool that developed over the past 15 years, but it does not solve the problem on how to revive one of the most important life support habitats on earth.

Human emotions is ruled by mass media and as Paul Watson stated due to the nature of mass media the truth is irrelevant.

Only people with the insight on the vast importance of an estuary system will experience the frustration to deal with ignorant emotional public.

Feeding a dead system more mud is only suffocating what is left of it. It does not help to recuperate life. It does not invoke life.

Removal of Sediment may not function

Removing Sediment between Mphelani and St Lucia is not a guarantee that the Estuary will function. It is merely an action of which the consequences is not
yet tested.

The fact is this "Management Plan has been delayed for 3 years".
The non functioning of The Estuary is now in progress for 15 years.

If the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park Authority think they can use this phase to buy time out of this mess that not only leaves the Marine Eco System Cripple,
but have destroyed various Estuary Species, they are gravely mistaken.

We are bringing the Mandates to them now. Not Them to the public any more.

This is the heritage of our children not a toy to use in a social economical manipulative manner.

Opening of Estuary to fail

22 November 2015
St Lucia Estuary
ISimangaliso Wetlands Park

The dire call from nature to have St Lucia Estuary functioning againg is seemingly falling on death ears.

First round of Tenders was a dead end. The requirements was to high to be financially and physically met in the field.

New promises of action early in 2016 is being circulated, but with out rain no pumps will be running. This is a big part of the plan to excavate millions of tons of sand in several phases between the Mphelani Basin and St Lucia Eastern Shore, roughly where the skiboat club is situated.

This is not viable without ample water. We know with past experiences as soon as sufficient water is available the Monzi Flood farmers, UCOSP, will come with a court order to drain their flooded farms.

So even if this plan of action to amalgamate the iMfolozi River Mouth with St Lucia Estuary Mouth comes to full term the farmers still has the right to drain the access water flooding their farms.

Since The iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority is well aware off these Farmers Rights and the consequences it leads to their plan is a legal failure before they execute it.

Why will The iSimangaliso Wetlands Park be flogging a dead horse?

Is the current management The Right People for The Job?

St Lucia Needs Dash of Salt

St Lucia Estuary
iSimangaliso Wetlands Park
Current Conditions
19 November 2015

An Estuary is a body of water influenced by the Tidal movement of the ocean.

It is in these tidal zones where various species of Mangrove Swamps can be found. These Mangrove Forests has an air root system that is nursery to millions of microscopic life forms in the making.

Without functioning Estuaries The World has no reproduction system for Phytoplankton. Potato Bass Hatcheries will be non existent. Prawn and Crayfish Larvae can't hatch.

For The laymen. THE PLANET WILL DIE without functioning Estuaries.

St Lucia Estuary is a interracial part of The Greater St Lucia Lake and Wetland System of 36 000ha. Now dysfunctional for 15 years and counting.

St Lucia must be saved.
St Lucia needs a working and proactive functional management plan. URGENTLY!!

Estuary Bone Dry

St Lucia Estuary
ISimangaliso Wetlands Park
Current Conditions
18 November 2015

Point Off Reference
Wind must be blowing 110km/h to blow the water away up stream.

The sad fact is there is just not enough water in the system to sustain water displacement even 30km/h wind brings to the table.

We can not look past the fact that in the absent of an active management plan gross misconduct has taken place. Sediment that was brought in with the iMfollozi River, which has no filtration system since 1938, was left un attended.

This is clearly a matter for the powers to be to investigate. The Great Plan for The wondrous iSimangaliso Wetlands Park has failed. We need intervention and we need it now!!!

This is a disaster that could have been avoided if more attention was paid to detail.

Even with Big Smiles The summer looks bleak

iMfolozi River
Current Conditions
16 November 2015

Does not matter how many times you tweet your jubilation at night it won't change the fact that certain areas need to get rain to make a diffrance.

No Rain Reported in
Vryheid
Louwsburg
Melmoth

This means neither the iMfolozi, Hluhluwe or Mkuzi Rivers will offer much relieve to the badly stricken man made disaster that over run St Lucia Estuary.

Two weeks ago exposed mud banks was claimed to be the results of wind direction change in the lower parts of the Estuary.

Sadly the wind changed back and there was just not enough water to return to the Southern Regions of the Estuary.

Mud build up is due to POOR MAINTANCE of the system. This is a failure than can only be contributed to failure of an active management plan to avert such disaster.

Estuary Mouth Maintenance

These pictures where taken before 1984, The Year of The Great Flood.

There was a massive machine digging a "Sand Pit" to catch the sediment that entered the Estuary. The Estuary was healthy with millions of Shad coming in, not feeding, just to breed.

The Salmon Hole in front of Honey Moon Bend was over 11 meters deep. The oyster banks on The Island was alive. Crayfish was living against the rock face of the Island and the man Made Sandbag Wall.

Life was good for Spawning Fish and Dusky Kob was in abundance. The Bag Limit was 10 and the minimum size 400mm. People came down in their hordes to enjoy recreational fishing.

The Flamingo count was anything between 50000 and 76000 per year.

Bird Specie count was set at 530 just for The Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park Alone. The cry off The African Fish Eagle was so synonymous to St Lucia that Vinyl Records was made from them.

Hippos Migrated up and down the system to give birth and keep young Bull Calves away from dominant Bulls.

The Marsh behind the dunes was so healthy it supplied the town with water.
Oxy Eyed Tarpon made it one of the only two Breeding Habitats in The World.

St Lucia was one of the first signatory to RAMSAR. a Wetlands Of National Importance. Today it can't support a Healthy Dusky Kob population. Grunters is dying of in the nurseries and Flamingos are limited to a flock scavanging on the beaches.

When Last did you experience The Call of an African Fish Eagle?

a Mere 15 years of World Heritage Site Status.

Water Shortages iMfolozi River

05 November 2015
The iMfolozi River

The main artery of liquid life is almost dry to the bone. The Nyala Municipality of which St Lucia Town is part of has severe water restrictions.

St Lucia is an Island Comunity with a lot of demand on its limited resources and with Foreign Toursit markets being exploited this time of the year we all have to pitch in to make it as bearable as possible with what we have.

Many Resorts has gone to extreme lengths to bring water to their residents.
In some cases it is just not enough. People on Holiday demand to be treated like V.I.P.

In which case iSimangaliso Wetland Park should not be for you.

Patrons must bare with service providers during these trying times.

Don't use the water as if it is your last day on earth. Use it as if you want it to last until the last day on earth.

We can only hope the catchment areas get rain soon so the drought stricken Zululand can get back to Business as usual.

Umhulungu - White Foam of The Ocean

03 November 2015

When at first The uMuntu of South Africa called the White Sea Fairer uMhulungu it was very racial, but when one looks at the meaning one realize that this white foam is the life line of the planet.

What you see in this photo is zoo plankton having sex. That is the sticky foam that creates sand dunes, carbonated sand stone rocks and is the food source for all marine creaters of the 7 seas.

This is the Birth of all mollusk, invertebry and many small other species including Blue Bottles and Jelly Fish.

This Foam needs to be washed into a prestine Estuary and stick to the Mangrove roots to hatch and populate the ocean.

As Long as The iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority hides behind excuses this very important life cycle can not be completed and we steal another generation from the heritage of our children.

Scientis has found that the total Bio Mass of Plankton is the biggest single inhibitor of Green House Cases produced by mankind.

So the next time Julius Malema calls for Industrialization of South Africa let this single photo remind him who brought this knowladge to his disposal and what is going to counter balance the impact on Greenhouse gases.

Before his plan to save the poor can move forward he needs to get the mechanisms in place that will save his "kingdom" from himself.

With out a functional Estuaries like St Lucia, Kosi Bay and Richards Bay he will turn South Africa into a desert in a time frame less than his own lifetime.

No Water St Lucia

04 November 2015
Boat Cruises Future in The Balance

Not only have the main water supply to the small Town Called St Lucia Estuary been damaged again. The Estuary is about to dry up.

Severe drought may be the major cause of this disaster, but neglecting a tried and tested management plan had a far more severe impact than nature can handle.

With winds blowing in the excess of 100km hour in a northerly direction all the water was blown North.

This is not an extraordinary phenomenon since wind direction has always played a major role in tidal movement in the Estuary and can make a difference in water level between North and South of up to 900mm.

Now let us face it if this is left after a difference off 900mm The Estuary had no water to begin with.

Some of the water has found its way back to the Southern regions but unfortunately the Northern Regions was so water starved that many millimeters of water stayed behind in the nooks and crevasses.

Whether the main artery of the Tourist Industry will be functional before the next flood remains to be seen.

The only attraction left now is the beach.

Large establishments will feel this pinch hardest. Domestic touris market are far more robust to these type of disasters than The Up market "Eco Tourist."

iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority and its management team will be forced to look at a wider scope of user groups if they want to keep the Park sustainable.

It is fast loosing all its glammer

No Water No Trips

St Lucia Estuary
02 November 2015

Water Levels in The ESTUARY (Not as some tour guides and iSimangaliso refer to as "Lake") is at an all time low.

This is sad and nothing short of a disaster. For 15 years a very small group off people has manipulated this fragile ecosystem for what can only be explained as "The Paul Watson Syndrome".

Now this is a very complex syndrome but it is well deployed by its author Paul Watson. Paul Watson's most famous words is ... "Due to the nature of mass media the truth is irrelevant."

Well Paul Watson makes millions of Dollars from all over the World in the form of Sympathy Donations.

The louder the out cry the more money is donated from all walks off life.

In this case we are facing an Ecological Disaster for Generations to come and yet for 15 years, since the beach ban. Very little money was spend on Estuary Maintenance.

Many years ago the beach driving permits sponsored the St Lucia Estuary Mouth Maintenance Plan.

This was a very basic plan. The Ocean washes sediment into the system. The sediment is trapped in a sediment pond/pit in front of the Ski Boat Club and pumped out to the ocean.

Why was this plan abandoned before a new one was implemented?

Alcohol Control Points

St Lucia Estuary

Sadly about a year ago The Park Authority started implementing Alcohol control Points during School Holidays to St Lucia Beaches.

This raises some Questions.

Why is there no control on year end functions.

Why is Alcohol Sold at Cape Vidal Shop

How can a Private Security Company been given powers over riding my Constitutional Rights

Why is certain user Groups Privileged and others discriminated against.

The Wetland Park Authority has a clear agenda to Discriminate Against Recreational Anglers.

We demand some goodwill from The Park Authorities.

Hunting Dogs in River Bed

01 November 2015
Imfolozi River
Current Conditions

With my drive by this morning me and Pardette encountered some distant relatives of her in the river bed.

This was an exceptional large pack of Africanus Hunting Dogs still used by Local Zulu Tribes to scavenge the lands in a quest for substance living.

African Hunting Dogs is deep rooted in The Zulu Culture. Pardette is a direct X Breed descendant from this great linage. A very loyal and Family Friendly Dog.

Rapidly becoming part of Western House Hold with LOADS of affection.

Back to Topic
Even with the recent Localized rain the water table in The River did not raise much. We are great full for ever drop we get.

Recently Thousands of Bore Holes was drilled/dug/escavated using very crude manual labor extracting upto 3000 liter of surface water per hour from each of them.

This is the very first and irrevocable step towards Desertification.

Well Established Coastal Dune and Riverine Forests are no robbed of a very precious live giving liquid.

Sadly The Failure of The ANC is felt on many levels and has changed the survival rating of rural South Africa to below the recuperating Thrash Hold of sustain ability.

Failing our Children in so many ways.

St Lucia Estuary Then and Now

In this picture the deterioration of the Estuary is clear. The picture above is a healthy System more than 20 years ago when human interference balanced the impact of sediment build up due to human manipulation of The Flood Plains in the catchment areas and The Dredging of this sediment in The Estuary System.

The Flood Plains is farmed and drained not functioning at the moment. This leads to the rapid increase of sediment built up in The Estuary system. The last 15 Years, Since World Heritage Site Status, this practice was abolished and The Greater St Lucia Lake System has died a slow death.

Development of infrastructure, that futher destroys Natural Habitat, was fast tracked while the imprtance of Estuary maintanance was neclected.

The drought is mainly blamed for this, but ocean water is absent in The Estuary thus meaning the drought could have been fought of by balancing water levels with fresh nutriant ocean water filled with life giving organisms.

St Lucia Estuary Demonia 1984

When all human infra structures failed at once when 600mm Rain fell in The Catchment Area's of Five main arteries feeding the system used to be called The Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park.

This one event impacted the face of the Five Interlocking Eco Systems for ever and wiped the balance man brought to the imbalance of flood plain farming out in one swift blow.

A serious of man made dams burst at once unleashed millions of cubic meters of water to The St Lucia Estuary all at once.

Will this phenomenon ever repeat it self again. Well 1987 it did, but the impact was not as enormous as 1984 because the Five Main Arteries had no obstructions and the water could flow freely back into the ocean.

Check Previous Entry to see wat was destroyed over night. One quick sweep.

St Lucia Estuary Mouth pre 1984

St Lucia Estuary Mouth when there was a healthy balance between sediment build up and Tidal Scouring.

This is the time when the oyster bank at Honey Moon Bend was still alive and healthy. The Fishing hole in front of the islands was more than 11m deep and The Resident Brindle Bass (Garoupa) was not taking a mud bath.

Fishing was Good yes, but more important the Eco System was healthy. Functional and fish could spawn and small fry lived amongst the Mangrove Roots while they grew through puberty to full sexuality.

Many will call this the Good Old Days.

Then in 1984 The Tropical Storm Demoina changed the face and the health of the system for generations to come.

Hard Surface development to control sediment build up is not so much invasive as hard surface roads, hides and 5 Star Lodges.

Hope the balance is restored sooner than later.

As we approach summer Spring has not had its fill with drink yet.

Estuary levels has never been this low in many years. These paving Bricks has not been exposed in more than 20 years.

Reports from The Lower Regions of the Lake is death of Breeding stocks including Large Grunters. Critics are out spoken about the neglect of The System over the past 15years.

Reed Beds are being cemented in causing the demise of Mangrove Swamps and the critters that reside in these root systems.

iMfolozi River Spring 2015

We are well into spring and yet summer rain is eluding us now for the second year in a row. Three years ago the river was in flood from bank to bank making it a bitter sweet sight.

Sweeping the suffocating mud down stream that cemented the demise of St Lucia Estuary as a life giving entity. Cementing the Estuary Mouth Shut. Cementing in the invasion of indigenous Ohlango Reeds.

Very few people understand the vital importance of a functioning Estuary and the current iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority ranks amongst those who have very little urgency to this matter.

Government is on track to proof all wrongs is based on the Atrocities of Apartheid and lost a grip on reality while they find new ways to enrich the rich and enslave the poor.

This drought could have been used to fight soil erosion. Such a project not only improves the condition of our Heritage, but is a great Job Creation and skills development opportunity, It is so sad that our leaders are so blind to the importance of basic conservation issues.

Water Levels of the Lake

The Nanino efect has hit the Wetlands hard, but that is not the only negative impact that the visitors has to endure.

Rhino Card increased from R550.00/year for 8 people to R1300.00/year for 6 people. Not only where they hit with this price increase, but also is the entrance vouchers now only valid for once use.

Previously one could enter all the parks gates on the same daily voucher more than once per day. That privilege has also been revoked.

Although The iSimangaliso Wetlands Park has announced park upgrades in the access of R7 000 000.00 day visitors have to be happy with pre World Heritage Site Status facilities.

All in all the World Heritage Site Status is a very expensive luxuary that brought nothing to the value of the Park except hard surface developments in very sensitive areas.

Why St Lucia don't have water on tap?

It is clear we on the wrong side of Elnino, but we are humans and with God given brains and talents we can manage our resources and minimize our impact on nature.

How ever it has come to light that St Lucia Estuaries water supply was sabotaged over a long weekend.

Whether it was done by black people or not is unclear, but it happened in their area and they where well aware of the impact it has on the small towns economy.

So from human being to fellow human being I ask thee. Where do you want to obtain money from to feed your children.
You should have similar common sense as the average adult human being. Why do you fail to meet the criteria?

It baffles brains...

31 May 2015 iMfolozi River

With the river being constantly drained into the ocean it is clear that we going to have a long hard winter.

Fishing:
Shad just Sizes in abundance.
Huge Pompano caught. Weighed in at 11.5 Kg. Just above Main Beach.

Spring Tide was extremely low today so expect an extreme high through the night.

Southerly Wether has turned the Ocean into one big washing machine and last week a seal washed up all the way to St Lucia. Which means we have a strong South North Current. This can lead to and exciting Sardine Run this year.

New Squatter on The Beach

25 May 2015

Specie distribution is what populated the planet. Human and mammals alike.

When St Lucia residents woke up this morning with a ne squatter on the beach the question loops through the mind. Will this one individual be granted political asylum or will The Xenophobia of the EFF send it packing.

Which method of transport this seal used will determine if it was fate or intend that brought him/her to The Golden Beaches of iSimangaliso Wetlands Park.

Time will tell what spells this pioneer's future. One of plundering abundance or one of cruel deportation.

The impact of Flood Plain Farms

The Flood Plains are farmed commercially with sugar can since 1938.

That is when damage to the fragile Eco System, Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park, has started.

This entry shows the impact on draining The iMfolozi to the ocean after every good rain.

We can't wish The Flood Plain Farmers Harm. We have just to except the fact that this practice needs to stop. Compensate the Farmers so they can relocate their operations and carry on with their lively hood.

The Hydraulic Back pressure from filling the iMfolozi Flood Plains keeps more farms and consumers in fresh water than it is economical viable in building a dam.

St Lucia Sunrise Winter is here

‎St Lucia Sunrise
24 April 2015

What a humble experience to see the skyline light up with the first morning rays. There is no better feeling to have dawn broken before you.

Rah is moving from behind the house of Poseidon ‎to run his arch over the mountains of the Dragon before he trips over the back garden of his age old friend and plummets into the deep of the abyss.

This an experience to soak up with a loved one. A friend and a confidant. The time of the day where for a brief moment you can envision the greatness of your Creator and Life Giver on Earth.

Praying for Nature

#St_Lucia_Estuary : The question on every ones lips, is the mouth open. No sorry not yet. The Authority has a promise of starting somewhere in the near future of this to happen.

On the mean time the realist amongst us is turning our eyes to nature. Yes we have a Equinox on 20 March 2015 that coincides with a Spring Tide and a wondering Tropical Storm in the Northern regions of The Southern Indian Ocean. All this with healthy water levels in the Estuary has our prayers and hope vested in a natural breach.

"The Sink Hole"

#St_Lucia_Estuary
#Conservation101

St Lucia Estuary has been manipulated since 1911. Fact is this Fragile Eco System is the corner stone of a very large unseen Habitat.

Human emotion is only sparked by what they can see and not what counts.

For the past 15 years there has been no interactive management plan to manage the 100 year old Top Soil problem created by Flood Plain Farmers and poor soil erosion management upstream in the catchment areas.

Up until 2001 The funds obtained through Beach Driving permit sales. This funds was used in a dredging program that maintained a sand put in front of the Ski Boat Club to manage the soil erosion.

This phenomenon that we experience in front of the mouth area now, proofs that the push from the ocean pulverize the man made plug in front of the Estuary opening.

In these photos it is clear that the water table and the low tide suction creates a recession in the mouth area that is lower than the water table or better known as mean sea level.

With Spring high there is a positive wave action push that pushes this water locked pulp futher into the system.

One wonders how a bigger one mouth system between the Estuary and the iMfolozi River is going to plug this problem.

With out a positive management plan interaction between the Estuary and the Indian Ocean is absent. This leads to the decline of Prawn population, both in the Estuary and The Ocean, that has a negative impact on the Fish Migration habitat from Kosi Bay in the North stretching further South than Durban.

Hope that the Park Authorities will start focusing on what really counts and stop spending valuable resources on cosmetic superficial cosmetic upgrades.

The same Park Authorities is playing the emotional card that Recreational Anglers has a real impact on the environment and their activities should be curbed.

This is the worst case of blame shifting any one can do to create a smoke screen while real life issues is being avoided.

Equinox 2015 is coming

Since The Wetland Park Authority does not recognize the rights of domestic tourist and wrong fully target the recreational angler in specie conservation all we can do is turn to prayer for wisdom against this great injustice.

Luckily the iMfolozi River is flowing giving us hope for a natural breach. This is about the only thing left to fight against habitat destruction that goes by un attended.

With the flow of iMfolozi sorted and Equinox 2015 around the corner this storm warning is a welcoming omen.

S Indian Ocean: Storm Alert issued at 7 Mar, 2015 6:00 GMT (Final Warning)

Tropical Depression FIFTEEN (15S) currently located near 16.2 S 41.0 E is forecast to strike land to the following likelihood(s) at the given lead time(s):

Yellow Alert Country(s) or Province(s)
    Mozambique
probability for TS is 60% currently
Yellow Alert City(s) and Town(s)
    Mogincual (15.6 S, 40.5 E)
probability for TS is 60% currently

Only nature can care for it self because legislation prevents us to take action and is protecting the Custodians from their responsibilities.

We hape Nature can cure it self that this very important Eco System can function once again.

Channel maintenance.

UCOPS had a farm under water and something had to be done with the standing water. Apparently the hydraulic lock between the closed iMfolozi mouth and the Mtuba water works does not play a very important role in the availability of water up stream.

This lead to a brief stand of between Park Authority and The Farmers.

The Farmers claim they have the right to drain the access water into the ocean. The Park Authority dispute it.

Fact is the flood plain farms was developed many years ago to bring relief to farmers during dry spells and during wet spells they where abandoned. I know as a school boy we use to go mad on our motor bikes down in the plains and earned extra petrol by driving the tractors that plowed the rough land scape after the water receeded. Those years UCOPS and Parksboard was forced to work together with reclamation.

Reclamation took over after the farmers proofed their worth in balancing man and nature with beautiful hard surface development. It was just before people knew the on shore currents actually flow from South to North.

Any way to cut a long story short. UCOPS and the authority agreed to disagree but UCOPS took the challenge to revive the link channel and drained 500mm of water away from the flooded 30/40 hectares.

This is one of the pictures taken on the day the link channel was re commissioned.

Up to 60 Dump Trucks per day

Up to 60 Dump Trucks per day is carting road building material into the Wetlands.

One wonders where was The Public Participation meetings held for an EIA of this magnitude.

The question remains what is happening with the opening of The St Lucia Estuary Mouth.

Thousands of Tons into the abyss

#Progress

This is the excuse we use to over utilize sensitive habitats and exploit nature for our own personal gain.

Filling up the Wetlands with road fill has only one outcome. Clocking up the very delicate interaction of Peat Moss, natures filtration system.

Seeinging humans pissing away their live and wrecking their kidneys one can under stand that they have no grasp of The Need for Kidneys on Earth

There is no out come that can warrent all this tons of road topping introduced into the Wetlands.

Any way I can only see great men's work been undone and the Heritage They planned to leave to their Grand Children.

How one man can not live out the dreams of The Great Three who so pain stakingly planned and through years of hard work and negotiations formed this lovely majestic Park is a question that remains to be asked in public.
